The service
Vaarden provides AI-assisted customer-support tooling. By installing or using it, the merchant (“you”) agrees to these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you send to your customers (every AI draft is reviewed and approved by you before sending), for your use of any connected store, and for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data through the service.
Data processing
We act as a data processor for the personal data you route through the service and process it only on your instructions to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, use vetted sub-processors, and honor data-subject deletion/access requests (including Shopify's GDPR webhooks). On termination or uninstall, we delete or return your data per those timelines.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to violate any platform's policies (including Shopify's).
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
